19th December 2017 This impressive detached house on Gibbon Road was once a vacant plot surrounded by family houses so was an ideal development site for a new home. The finished house is a stunning four-bedroom home with over 2,100sqft of internal space, a large rear garden and off-street parking.
19th December 2017 This site was formally a car spares business comprising a large warehouse unit and two smaller industrial units. A local housebuilder acquired the site in 2015 and gained planning permission to build this attractive terrace of five family homes,
20th May 2015 This site was once occupied by a three bedroom detached house with a large front and rear garden, and backing onto Richmond Park. Gilbert Homes acquired the site in 2006 and after successfully gaining planning permission, built two semi-detached houses and three terraced houses forming a gated development. All have since been sold.
20th May 2015 This development in North Kingston was previously a run down detached house on a very wide plot. It was purchased by a local building company in 2007 and has since been developed into three detached family houses due for completion in March 2011.
